Temples, Baptisms AND Sanderson Sisters!

Hey Hey Hey! :)) what is up! This week was so good here's a recap

monday:
for our pday activity we had a little going away party at ihop for Elder Johnson who's returning to his original assignment in Africa ! We had 1 lesson, taught the 10 commandments to the Garcia family and then made some contacts for the rest of the night

tuesday:
Went to go pick up a dresser for sis lamphere, we were expecting a dresser but came out of the mission office with a literal plastic storage thing instead so that was funny. Had a lesson with tristin and went over the baptism interview questions to prep him. Went on some relief society visits with the rs president and were able to meet some awesome peeps! 

wednesday: 
Temple trip! The cool thing about serving in Utah is that you get to go to the temple evrey other transfer with the zone. We went to the Jordan River temple and it was amazing! I love the temple! Had 2 lessons with our friends Raul and tiara and tamara. Went so well! Walked our friend tristin to activities then made some more contacts and was able to make a follow up appointment with the pauni family! 

thursday:
thursday was the new missionary 2 week meeting, it's cool to go to those now in the perspective of the trainer! After, we went to Tony's Burger with some of the sisters. I'm not really a burger gal but I will say it was pretttyyyyy good. We had 3 lessons with Paul, tristin and the pauni family. All were good and the pauni boy who's not baptized is interested in learning more! #newperson 

friday:
zone council day! always so good! made lots of contacts today and had a lesson with a new converts mom!

saturday:
Kaleb and Lorena got baptized! There was such an amazing turnout and they have so many supporters in the ward it was amazing! Tristin and Natalie got baptized! this was of course so amazing as well!  tristin is such a goof ball but was so ready to be baptized! Made some more contacts that night and was able to have a lesson with an inactive family! Went to one of the wards Halloween party... and YALL they went all out! and we met the Sanderson Sisters! they put on a little performance for the ward and took pics with us! 

sunday:
Sundays are always the busiest days as we're running back and forth from church buildings trying to make it to as much wards as possible. We also gave another talk this sunday. We were able to get trisitin to class which was a miracle and he and Natalie got confirmed as well! Had a lesson with Jessica and then started the after baptism lessons with tristin and Kaleb and Lorena. After tristin's lesson we played a few games of checkers with him! So fun! 

Randoms:
-sis heckert made us bulgogi and gimbop for our sunday family dinner and it was so good! 
-on friday we went to the church and saw the elders car there so we decided to decorate it with a bunch of Jesus pass  along cards, they enjoyed that haha
-currently have 9 peeps on date for baptism!

Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee

I love this scripture SO much its on my mission plaque. It's so simple yet so powerful. Do not fear, God is always with you, he will not fail you!!!!

Hey y'all! Happy late Thanksgiving! I started a email last week but never got the time to finish it so this week's email will cover the last 2 weeks.  Anyway, Im SO grateful for all of you and your support and im SO grateful to be a missionary and represent our Savior Jesus Christ everyday! Its truly been such a blessing!  Thanksgiving was a blast and something you should know is that my mission president, president Watson is very competitive and very athletic. He's done 5 iron man's. He crazy. SO on thanksgiving morning all the missionaries ran a 5k with President and his family. It was so cold, I've never ran in colder weather, but it was so fun! A Week Of Many Lasts ♡

HELLLLOOO FRIENDS! on a scale of 1-10 on how crazy this past week was I would say a 5. so that's pretty good. No car accidents this week. Hallelujah Ahhh but this week so many bittersweet things happened so let's begin!  So first. We went on pros exchanges! Keep in mind that Sister Reidhead was still recovering from her surgery and wasn't with us for a few days but even though Sister Faimanu is only in her first transfer she was totally willing to split for a bit to do exchanges. She's awesome! I went with Sister Howton in my area, we had a bunch of no answers but met a cool guy names Ray from Fiji. Even though his wife is a member and he had kids that went on missions AND has read the book of mormon he's still not a member. We testified of baptism and the gift of the Holy Ghost and eternal families but man is stubborn and just refuses to progress even though he admitted to feeling the spirit multiple times as we were speaking so idk but he was nice though I had my ...

Miracle Upon Miracle

YO this week was literally filled with SO manyyy miracles it was so cool to see !  ♡ okay but shoutout to our bestie shalysa for letting us come over on pday! We made book of mormon box cover things and she made us lunch and mocktails. She's so sweet !  ♡ so this was no bueno but on wednesday sister bealer and tyler were super sick and could not go out at all howwwever we had some reallyyyy important lessons and a baptism interview that could not be canceled so luckily our AMAZING stl's came and picked me up so we could have those lessons! We ended up covering 3 stakes that day and boy was it crazy but amazing. So many miracles and spirit filled lessons happened that day :)  ♡ one of those lessons were with the holmes girls. so a little backstory they've been ready to be baptized for some time now but have been waiting for their dad to receive the priesthood. he got it last week so we were good to go!
