ERDA

Happy monday!!!

so I don't really remember much of what happened before transfers but here's what I do remember

Monday:
we had Zone pday and did a bunch of games district vs. district. Each district had their own color and we were pink of course. We played vball, pickleball and capture the flag

Tuesday:
We did our weekly planning and scheduled lessons for the upcoming week since we wernt sure which one of our areas would be whitewashed (both the missionaries are new in the area) transfer boards also came out! Soooo update ---->

I moved areas!! Went to Erda, Utah and I absolutely love it here. It's like a little farming town and there are cows and horses (and ostrichs) and land everywhere and the members are super awesome and sooo nice so that's a plus !! I'm also a STL ! Basically it's the leadership roll for sisters and we watch over the other sisters in the zone. We also plan trainings and work with the Zone leaders and district leaders to plan things for the zone and make sure evreything if going the way it's supposed to! It's been crazy but fun so far! I'm also companions with Sister Pincock! She's super awesome and from Tennessee!

Wednesday:
Had quite a few lesson and said goodbye to Annabelle and a few other peeps :,(  spent most of the day packing (also had to prank the elders one last time. Pic below)

Thursday:
Transfer day ! Met up with pretty much all sisters in the area haha to figure out who was going where and to help evreyone get moved to their new area after that Sister pincock and I got in our cool truck to head to Erda. We had a lesson with a couple who are recent converts and they're so nice! Made lots of contacts and went to a relief society dinner !

Friday:
We had Zone council! Sis pincock and I had to give a training and it went good. I didnt  know most of the missionaries so it was nice to be able to meet them ! We had a lesson with our recent convert, Fatima and she's super sweet. Love her. Then we planned exchanges and things for all the sisters we cover then had a lesson with Zach who will be getting baptized soon! In the evening we made lots of contacts and met some cool (and some interesting) people !

Saturday:
Met with the ZLs to plan the zone leadership council and then went to Lillian's baptism who the sisters helped teach. After we went to Paul's baptism since President gave me permission to go back to Magna to see it ! It was an amazing baptism and evreyone was so excited for Raul! He's been waiting for a long time ! We had dinner with the Wagner family and that was great, their hilarious and then we visited the Knudsen family :)

Sunday:
Went to 3 sacrament meeting, including our somoan ward which was a cool experience. We had a lesson with Kolani our friend and a lesson with Ella our recent convert ! We also stopped by Lillians house as well and talked to her about her baptism, her mom's friend and daughter also just moved in so we asked if they would be interested in learning more about the gospel and they said yes ! Yay new friends to teach !

Spiritual moment:
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

This week we get to celebrate the ressurection for our savior Jesus Christ and remember his atonement, and that he died  for each of us individually. I'm so grateful for him and that he did that for us so we can all live with our Heavenly Father again!

Have a great week!

Sis laws :))
