Sista Tulafono

Yooo okay so my emails is working now so if any of y'all tried to email me since may 15th you can now 

According to sister loselani my samoan name is Sister tulafono, so that's pretty awesome 

Also tried Taro and luau this last week, pretty pretty good 

♡Gennys on date to be baptized ahhh we're so excited for June 8th and she is literally SO ready ! I absolutely love teaching Genny and seeing her testimony grow, it's life changing! She also feeds us every lesson and it's always something I've never had before but always so good! 

♡ We met Patty! She was out getting the mail so we went to go talk to her and at first she wasn't interested but after we shared a scripture and had a mini lesson she said she would love for us to come back! We've met with her a few times since then and she's pretty solid except for the fact that her parents are very strong catholic so we'll see but I have faith 

♡ Went on Exchanges with Sister Jones and Sister Mendoza and it was awesome! We got lots done and I was able to bike with Sister Jones which was fun because the weather was nice! 

♡ We had Zone conference and it was so good but so sad. It was President and Sister Spencer's last zone conference before the new president comes in. We talked a lot about baptism and how we can help our friends feel prepared to be baptized we also talked about how the baptism program is supposed to go and it's a lot different from a 8yr old baptism. We also discussed the importance of being a lifelong disciple and what we need to do to continue to build our testimony such as going to church, reading the scriptures, praying and attending the temple frequently. 

♡ We got to help with the Taylorsville temple for the last time and it was so great! SO many people were there even though it was one of tha last days which was crazy to me but such a testimony of the importance of the temple! We also saw our recent converts there Carly and Ariya ! 

Honestly, that's all I remember from the last 2 weeks haha but it's been so busy oh and HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!

Spiritual moment:
This spiritual moment is brought to you by Sister Spencer and her wise words. She did a discussion on zone conference on how we can use our agency for good and I love what she said about facing trials. She said to choose to respond positively to trials and that trials our opportunities to for Heavenly Father to help us learn something. When you're going through a trial ask yourself "what christlike attribute am I learning from this?"

Hey y'all! Happy late Thanksgiving! I started a email last week but never got the time to finish it so this week's email will cover the last 2 weeks.  Anyway, Im SO grateful for all of you and your support and im SO grateful to be a missionary and represent our Savior Jesus Christ everyday! Its truly been such a blessing!  Thanksgiving was a blast and something you should know is that my mission president, president Watson is very competitive and very athletic. He's done 5 iron man's. He crazy. SO on thanksgiving morning all the missionaries ran a 5k with President and his family. It was so cold, I've never ran in colder weather, but it was so fun! A Week Of Many Lasts ♡

HELLLLOOO FRIENDS! on a scale of 1-10 on how crazy this past week was I would say a 5. so that's pretty good. No car accidents this week. Hallelujah Ahhh but this week so many bittersweet things happened so let's begin!  So first. We went on pros exchanges! Keep in mind that Sister Reidhead was still recovering from her surgery and wasn't with us for a few days but even though Sister Faimanu is only in her first transfer she was totally willing to split for a bit to do exchanges. She's awesome! I went with Sister Howton in my area, we had a bunch of no answers but met a cool guy names Ray from Fiji. Even though his wife is a member and he had kids that went on missions AND has read the book of mormon he's still not a member. We testified of baptism and the gift of the Holy Ghost and eternal families but man is stubborn and just refuses to progress even though he admitted to feeling the spirit multiple times as we were speaking so idk but he was nice though I had my ...

Miracle Upon Miracle

YO this week was literally filled with SO manyyy miracles it was so cool to see !  ♡ okay but shoutout to our bestie shalysa for letting us come over on pday! We made book of mormon box cover things and she made us lunch and mocktails. She's so sweet !  ♡ so this was no bueno but on wednesday sister bealer and tyler were super sick and could not go out at all howwwever we had some reallyyyy important lessons and a baptism interview that could not be canceled so luckily our AMAZING stl's came and picked me up so we could have those lessons! We ended up covering 3 stakes that day and boy was it crazy but amazing. So many miracles and spirit filled lessons happened that day :)  ♡ one of those lessons were with the holmes girls. so a little backstory they've been ready to be baptized for some time now but have been waiting for their dad to receive the priesthood. he got it last week so we were good to go!
