GOIN BACK
Another insane week for the books, why does this keep happening? Jk i love it. Keeps me on my toes.
Okay to start off we had 5-9pm exchanges EVERY DAY with all the sisters in our zone. SO crazy. So tired. but so fun. I love all these sisters I get to work with and feel so blessed to be able to serve with them!
I went on a exchanges with Sister Cannell and worked in the Tongan stake. We met Carter! Carter is 10 and not baptized yet. We taught him the gospel of Jesus Christ and he said he wants to be baptized!
Had a exchange with Sister Narciso! Went to her stake, Magna S. We biked in freezing cold weather but regardless it was still so fun! We spent the whole night making contacts, trying to find people!
Went on exchanges with Sister Yang in her stake, the YSA stake. We had a few lessons and made a few contacts and attended a cute little ysa friends-giving activity.
We had another exchange planned but then we got word that one of the sisters was going home the next day! So we picked up sister snow, her companion, and became a trio for the rest of the transfer! We immediately became SO busy covering 2 stakes but it was so much fun and we had 4 baptisms together!
On Saturday Brooklyn and her sister Danica got baptized and Cayden! Both the services went great and the spirit was so strong! You could see the joy and happiness they felt!
On Sunday, Saray and Zarayah got baptized too! Saray's baptism was very unique because she was taught by Spanish missionaries (because she doesn't speak English or tongan) but then last minute (like the week of) she decided to be baptized into the tongan ward because she was fellowshiped by the ward members so well! There's actually quite of few tongans here that speak Spanish as well. Even though there was a language barrier the baptism was so powerful, the spirit was so strong that her parents were crying and decided to get married so they too can get baptized too!
We set a time for Joshua's and carson's baptism! 4pm next Saturday! Yay!
TRANSFERS BOARDS CAME OUT YESTERDAY and y'all won't believe it.
After being in the Tongan stake for 1 transfer I'm going back to the Jordan N./ Marshallese area! So unexpected to go back to my old area but I'm so excited!
Spiritual moment♡
2 Nephi 22:2
Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid; for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also has become my salvation.
LOVE YOU!
Sis Laws:)
